I am a friendly and approachable person who has achieved many success stories since I began Personal Training (Please see my Success Stories page). Due to my extensive knowledge gained from my degree and current post graduate study in Nutritional Therapy, I know through various training methods how to manipulate an individual’s metabolism to help them achieve their fitness goals, whether that be fat/weight loss, ‘tone up’ etc. My post graduate course has broadened my already extensive nutritional knowledge, meaning that, using appropriate training methods and in-depth nutrition plans, I can help you achieve your goals, therefore offering much more than your average Personal Trainer.

 

Although I am passionate about training and nutrition I do not live in a ‘fitness bubble’ like many Personal Trainers. I realise people can have hectic lifestyles and that there is more to life than just fitness and good nutrition, therefore I have a ‘grounded’ approach to fitness and provide training and nutrition plans that can fit into the most hectic of lifestyles.

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

I specialise in weight/fat loss, ‘toning up’, lean muscle gain, improving core strength, general fitness improvements and also improving long distance running performance from 5k to marathon.

 
            BOOTCAMP CLASSES

 

I currently offer an outdoor Bootcamp class in St Paul’s Square, Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham every Monday night. We meet at 5.55pm for a prompt 6pm start. The class is all body weight exercises and lasts 30 minutes. It is a full body, heart rate elevating workout that is fantastic for burning fat and at just £3 per person it is an absolute bargain!
